When new cladding is to be provided with 18-24 Gauge (Aluminium sheet shall be provided by the department free of cost). Work includes fabrication and fixing of cladding structure. When one layer of mineral wool blankets/ of thickness 25/40/ 50/ 60/75 mm, are provided / fixed at site.

When more than one layer of mineral wool blankets/ pads pipe section of thickness 25/40/50/60/75 mm, are provided / fixed at site.
When old/ removed cladding sheets to be fixed with the help of self tapping screws.When one layer of mineral wool blankets of thickness 25/40/ 50/ 60/75 mm, are provided or the old/ removed but usable are provided/ fixed at site.

Insulation of Headers in Pent House/ out side : When more than one layer of mineral wool blankets /pads of thickness 25/40/50/60/70 mm, are provided /fixed on the headers in pent house etc.
Application of mineral wool blankets/ pads and fixing with G.I. wire on H,P./ L.P. Valves of Boiler. Application of insulating powder, hard lag/ mastic compound & finishing / cladding with G.I. / Aluminum sheets of 18-24 gauge wherever required as per site requirement or as instructed.
Application of Refractory in Main Boiler/Pressure parts heating zones.
Cleaning and removal of fly ash/ foreign materials/ debris etc. and their disposal to dumping yard from the following heating areas of Boiler Pressure parts.
From Low temperature Super Heater chamber inside the Boiler
From Economiser Chamber inside the Boiler
From gallery between reheaters and arch tubes inside the Boiler
From pent house above furnace
From gallery between Platen superheater and reheater in pent house.
From gallery between CRH header and HRH header in pent house.
From gallery between divisional superheater to platen super heater in pent house.
From gallery between/around all the four Divisional superheater headers in pent house.
From extended furnace house between 1st and 2nd pass of Boiler.
From economizer hopper of Boiler.
From gallery along with water wall header left/ right/front in pent house from divisional superheater to platen superheater area.

Cleaning and removal of fly ash/ foreign materials/ debris /garbage/ pigeon shits etc. from pent house roof of Boiler by sweeping with hard broom / wire brush and their disposal to dumping yard.
Cleaning /sweeping and removal of fly ash/ foreign Materials/ debris / garbage etc. from dog house of Boiler and their disposal to dumping yard
Cleaning and removal of fly ash/ foreign materials / debris / garbage etc. from S-panel of Boiler and their disposal to dumping yard.
Cleaning and removal of fly ash/ foreign materials/ Debris/ garbage / insulating materials/ pigeon shits etc. from buck stays of 1st and 2nd pass of Boiler from 11 mtr. Boiler elevation up to 80 mtr and sweeping with hard broom/ wire brush and their disposal to dumping yard.
Repairing and rectification of boiler skin casing/high crown plate / Expension sheet etc inside penthouse using suitable electrode as per IBR
External cleaning of boiler
Providing scaffolding when working place hight beyond 3 mtr. And approch is not avaliable
