Maintenance of completed scheme under Narela Zone.

Deployment of plumber 2 no of plumber(1st class) to look after the maintenance of peripheral services of 2BHK of Pocket 3 & 4, Sector A‑1 to A‑4, Narela and make the unallotted flat good for handing over of possession with respect to plumbing as per Engineering in charge.

Deployment of 3 no of helper to assist plumber ( 2 no.) and carpenter (1 no.) or other work as directed by Engineer-in-charge in 2BHK of Pocket 3 & 4, Sector A‑1 to A‑4, Narela.

Deployment of 1 no of carpenter (1st class)to make the unallotted flat good for handing over the possession with respect to carpenting work in 2BHK of Pocket 3 & 4, Sector A‑1 to A‑4, Narela as per Engineering in charge.

Conditions 1. The deployed plumber, carpenter, and their respective helpers shall attend day-to-day maintenance complaints and carry out minor plumbing and carpentry works at the designated residential units/sites. 2. In case the deployed staff is not working satisfactorily according to engineer-in-charge, a token penalty of ₹1,000 per day per staff shall be imposed and recovered from the agency. 4. If any plumber, carpenter, or helper remains absent without prior intimation, a penalty equivalent to two times the applicable minimum wages for the day shall be recovered from the agency. 4. The agency shall quote rates for manpower strictly as per the minimum wages notified by GNCTD/GoI, whichever is higher+ 1% Water Charge+ GST applicable 5. Wages to the deployed staff shall be paid by the contractor through bank transfer/ECS/online mode only. 6. Any challan or recovery imposed by MCD/GNCTD or any other authority on account of non-performance, non-compliance, or unsatisfactory execution of work shall be borne by the agency. 7. Minor tools, tackles, and consumables required for execution of routine plumbing and carpentry works shall be arranged by the agency, unless otherwise specified. 8. Minimum wages should be calculation considering total number of plumbers i.e. 730, total nos. of helper i.e. 1095 & carpenter i.e. 365 nos. in tender period which fulfils the frequency requirements of scope of work
