Supply of Soil Nail of solid anchor bar of 32-millimeter diameter and yield strength >500Mpa, hexagonal nut, Washer Plate 150 ×150 ×8 millimetre including the drill bit, full-length grouting including all ancillary works and including all material, machinery, labour, etc. Complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of Self-drilling bolts R32N, having Nominal OD of 32mm and Nominal ID of 20mm and nominal weight of min 2.7Kg/Meter of the specified length, Fy>= 230 KN as per approved specification and make. (Parameters specific to the type of anchor as per code to be provided, there are different R32N anchors available as per the code)
Supply and Installation of geocomposite Deck Drain to act as drainage media for water to seep down the slope comprising if HDPE core with geotextile filter thermally bonded to ine side , having minimum tensile strength >20 kN/m and elongation at peak of 30 %. In Plane flow of 0.95 , 0.75 , 0.60 / m-sec. under HG of 0.1 compriing to EN ISO 12957-1:2020 including all material, labour, tools and tackles as per directions of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing Rhomboidal shaped Hign Tensile steel wire mesh / Net / Panel of 10 millimeter diameter of steel wire rope of size 300 millimeter x 300 millimeter with suitable connection at each intermediate and end junctions having minimum tear resistance of 15kN meeting the minimum requirements. Punch Strength of Rhomboidal Cable Panel/Net : 370 KN with max displacement of 33 cm. Each Rhomboidal cable Panel/Net shall be made of one single Cable including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, turn buckles, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.
Supply of Ring Net as per ISO 17745:2016 (E ) it has the excellent elastic deformation and flexible system made of up high tensile wire( Zn+Al coated) having 3 mm diameter of steel wire rope interlaced with each other (7 times) R7 and connected through Frickel of size 300 x 300, having the bursting strength of 380 kN, top and tensile strength os 1770 Mpa bottom support rope, horizontal and vertical support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, turn buckles, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc. complete as per technical -specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing of three dimensional erosion control geomats manufactured by stitching together 3 layers of integral, rigid geogrids manufactured from polypropylene polymer to create a random open structure and one layer of woven polyester geogrid embedded in between the layers. The junctions between the longitudinal and the transversal ribs of the polypropylene shall be an integral part of the geogrid structure and shall under no circumstances be obtained by weaving, knitting or bonding single threads or other tensile elements. The external layers shall be planar, while the central layer shall be mechanically corrugated. The upper layer shall be capable of retaining the top soil material without soil washout. The product should have min thicknes of 18mm and aperture size of mesh as 12mm. The tesnile stregth of the geomat should be 35Kn/m as per IS 10319.
Providing and placing of dry shotcrete using fiber reinforcement with M30 grade of Ready mix concrete using 400 kg/m3 cement content and 10 mm down coarse aggregate. The average thickness of shotcrete is 100 mm and steel fibre reinforcement dosage is 56 kg / cum. Concrete is pumped through a hose and projected at high velocity onto the desired surface.

Soldier Pile System a) Depth of pile may vary maximum upto 10 M below ground level. b) Spacing of Piles is 1.5m C/C c) 750 mm dia piles with NPB 400 up to full depth. d) Up to 5 M Height of Permanent Earth Retaining Structure. e) Size of Precast Pannel with M30 grade of concrete for Compound wall/ Soldier Piling of ( 600 mm width x 125 mm thickness x 1400 mm long) Reinforcement shall be single layer # 16 mm both ways @ c/c 100 mm. f) The Weight of Structural Steel ( Vertical members is NPB 400,10mm thick ms plate for splicing of vertical members on web and on flange ) made of steel confirming to IS 2062 required to be fabricated and fixed in Soldier Piles is approx. 60 MT for wall length of 25 m x 5 m (Height) The Cleat Angle 50mm x 50mm x 5mm for holding the precast Pannel along the face of vertical beams installed exposed height of 5 m is approx. 2.5 MT waler beams- Horizontal Members 2 nos NPB 250 at 3 m from Soldier pile top, MS Plate - 10 mm for Splicing on web and on flange of Waller Beam with capacity to take of 60 MT of Anchor, Anchor at spacing of 3 m c/c of 14 m length ( 8 m free length and 6 m fixed length to be confirmed as per vetted design report, amend accordingly used cement for Grouting of Anchors including anchor bearing plate 450x450x60/20 mm thick with Stiffener Plates on both side of Waller beam. All including weight approx. 20 MT made of steel confirming to IS 2062 . HT Strands for Anchor (12.7 mm Thickness, 0.778 Kg per Rmt ), Total fabrication length of anchor 16m ( 14 m embedded and 2 exposed for stressing purpose as per the design report.
