Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe (Light grade) for protection of LT cable fixed to walls/poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of junction box of minimum size 30cm (height) x 20 cm (width) x 15 cm (depth) made of steel sheet 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer having aluminium bus bar 4 Nos of capacity 63 Amps with minimum 04 Set of nuts, bolts & washers on each busbar mounted on porcelain/PVC insulator having 01 No MCB, SP, 16 Amps. Junction box shall be fixed on pole & including suitable, MS strip, nuts, bolts & washers suitable for bottom entry of cable of size upto 25 sqmm including suitable cable glands, thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for XPLE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel/ bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size/ rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in, removal of soil, sand cushioning,brick cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item).
