M&L RCC M-30 Design mix in foundation, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregated) etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.50 km but not exceeding 5.00 KM and as directed.

Material and Labour for RCC M-40 Design mix in foundation, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gusset plates, rivetting etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, confirming to E 345 Grade (Brackets over 10 Kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description and applying one coat of red oxide primer, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M 30 X 700 GR 8.8 Hexagonal HD head black bolts with four nuts and one washer conforming to BS 4395.1 of HILTI make and other washer, for 10 mm thick plate of 150 mm dia conforming to grade E-345 as shown on drgs for each bolt purpose made complete all as directed and specified. NOTE; 10 mm thick plate washer conforming to grade E-345 will be paid seperately against item No 11 hereinbefore.

M&L for 3000 mm long TMT Anchor bars , 25 mm dia on either sides anchored in to disintaged rocks with chemical grout of HILTI complete all as shown on drawings,specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick Mild steel plates factory made,with machine cut slots on E-345 grade; Structural Steel as shown on drgs without using any burning application complete all as directed and specified.
