Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by Deparment officers. Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney eart

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by Department officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by Department officers.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by Department

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits I including necessary supports' and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS sheets of suitable size of BG.10 stiffeneq with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm of boarding

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of Plastic Emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD steel rods for Reinforcement including the cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete and as directed by Deparment officers.

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length , including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by departmental officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner acces ladder in RCC 1:1 1/2:3 (one cement and one and half sand three aggregate) using 20mm HBG stpme for OHT including cost of reinforcement, Placing grill in position, consisting of two Nos of ve -ical post of 10cm x IS

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC pipes and cowl and including all labour charges etc.,

Providing manhole cover of size 1 x 1.060 x 0.60 M in RCC 1:1:5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50 x 50 x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges including all labour charges etc.,

Supply and Delivery of G.M Gate valve 65mm size

Supply & Delivery of 65mmx50mm Gi Reducer

Supply & Delivery of 65mm G.I Elbow

Supply & Delivery of 65mm G.I Flange set

Labour charges for fixing of GI pipes and specials for OHT Pipe connections as directed by the Departmental officers.

Provision for Name Board charges
