Providing white washing to ceiling and/ or slopping roof surface in one coat with lime of approved quality, to give an even shade including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying Two coats with oil bound washable Distemper of approved brand and shade all on Internal wall surfaces including priming coat with distemper primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface(crack filling etc.) even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications. The material should be approved brand of Asian, Berger or Nerolac.

Providing and finishing external walls in two or more coats over one coat of primer with Antifungal paint of approved brand shade all on wall surfaces including priming coat with external primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface (crack filling etc.), even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc complete as per specifications. The material should be approved brand of Asian-Apex, Nerolac – Excel etc complete.

Providing and applying one coat varnishing on previously painted block board door shutters after cleaning and brushing to give an even surface after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter including cost of material, labour etc complete. As per specification.

Providing and applying painting one coat (Excluding priming coat) on metal surface with Enamel paint to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and sand papering, other foreign matter including cost of material, labour etc complete. As per specification. The material should be approved brand of Asian, Berger, Nerolac.

Shifting the furniture, washing the rooms and cleaning the floors, glass planes, furniture etc. and re arranging the materials to same place. (Occupied Quarters)
