Supply, installing, commissioning and testing 1.5 TR capacity split type AC, 5 star rating, wall mounted inverter type, 230 Volt rating, 50 Hz single phase, AC supply indoor unit wall mounted and outdoor unit installed on factory made bracket powder coated with and including fitting, PCB and cordless remote complete all as specified. Make: Lloyd / LG / Panasonic / Samsung.

S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA suitable for 1.5 TR split type AC all as specified and directed.

S&F new copper tubes of suitable size for suction and discharge lines for split type air conditioners including necessary brazing, wrapping up puff insulation, testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: One run of suction, one run of discharge pipes shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F sheet metal enclosures with socket plug and top MCBs single pole enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS 1100 volts PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor and one single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper cable as earthing lead as per IS : 694 / 1990 drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of size as ordered in walls / ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- 2 runs 4 Sqmm cable, one run 4 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit length).

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB, double door, vertical type, TPN 4 way for fixing MCBs/ Isolators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F isolator TPN 4 way 63 Amps, 415 V complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB single pole 20 Amps 240 Volts, 'C' curve, 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core .

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm

M&L for pulverised sand to fill width of trench for protection of cables including spreading and punning down including watering consolidation complete all as specified. Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e. 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amp, 25 kA, 50 Hz, 415 V in existing panel.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron wire of size 4mm dia means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper and protected by medium grade 15 mm dia galvanised iron pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009). Note: (i) Cost of galvanised iron wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.50 mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The unit rate shall also include for wire mesh, funnel, excavation, PCC chamber pit, test point.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe, ISI marked IS 14390 Part-II, of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
