Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, complete all as specified.

Material and labour in repairs for GI earthing complete with Galvnished earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.25 mtr below nor mal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts check nuts and washers of brass/ bronge all as shown in electrical plate no 5 connecting to earthing test point all as specified and indicated and testing on completion including excavation earth work drilling holes for electrode PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC precast cover 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, GI pipe 40 mm dia (medium grade) and MS funnel, wire mesh and protection pipe of GI of suitbale size upto 7.5 mtr length including charcoal in black cotton soil as required at site to achieve the earthing result and common salt, excavation earth work etc in any type of starta complete all as per the sketch given in particular specification, GI wire suitable size and length for continuity earth wire from test point to main distribution Board etc., complete all as directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.
