Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub - base by providing close graded Material,Mixed in a machanical mix plant at OMC,cariage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORTH clause 401 - Grading II 1st & 2nd layer.

Providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) using machine crushed black trap aggregate of 40 to 50mm size in the material with water OMC in machanically mix (pug mill) carriage of mix material by contractors own tipper to site of work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 50-75mm thick with 100-120 TPH type HMP 60 TO 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitiminous binder @4.50% by weight of total mix filler, transportating the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects) for Grading II (50-75mm thickness using 4.50% bitumen)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25mm thick with 100-120 TPH type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40% by weight of total mix of mix filler,transportating the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects) For Grading II (50mm thickness using 5.2% bitumen)
