Providing facilitation for the work of mutation, reconciliation of land plan and data and Digitisation of data of acquired land of Metro Railway/Kolkata in consultation with West Bengal Govt. in North Section of Blue Line from Dakshineswar Station (KDSW) (In.) to Central Station (KCEN) (In.).

Description:- Mutation of Metro Railway land owned by virtue of acquisition under the provision of The Metro Railways (Construction of works) Act, 1978 as amended in 1987, in Rural /Urban area as per documents in conformity of land acquisition etc., or other land required from Govt./Pvt./Semi Govt. authorities through mutual agreement. 1.To apply for mutation of acquired land as per extent procedure followed by the revenue department of State Govt of West Bengal. 2.Collection of copy of; i. The relevant LR-ROR. ii. Notification for acquisition under Section 10(1) of The Metro Railways (Construction of works) Act, 1978. iii. Joint inspection report for acquisition of land iv. Certified copy of declaration of award order etc. from Learned Competent Authority Court of Metro Railway, Kolkata.v. Handing over and taking over physical possession of acquired land. vi. Documents related

required for mutation of acquired land. 3.Submission of all the above documents to concerned BL&LRO office/revenue office. 4. To assist railway officials to appear in the hearing and produce all documents before the concerned officer and comply all the order/ suggestions as desired for mutation of the parcel of land on behalf of Metro Railway, Kolkata. 5.To collect the mutation certificate duly signed by the revenue authority and to hand over to Metro Railway, Kolkata. 6.To collect the Record of Right (ROR)/Porcha framed in favour of Metro Railway, Kolkata. 7.Any other activities as required for mutation not mentioned above should also be taken care of to complete the process of mutation. 8.To comply any other instructions related to mutation as decided by Engineer- in-Charge of the work. Notes- (1) Unit: Per Unit means per decimal. (2) Rates includes agency's all labours, materials, tools & plants, consumables, lead, lift, taxes etc. complete including GST.
