Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment by wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and and removing rubbish from the site up to 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete, all as spescified and directed.

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6 metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at junction of roof and parapet wall / mumty / other vertical space and applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ponding test by filling 75 mm deep water over roof treatment by making necessary arrangement to fill the complete Roof slab at least for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. all as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. all as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. all as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25 mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Refixing old galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore including cleaning with & including new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position all as directed. Note : Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from respective item here-in-before shall be used. The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

All as per description of serial item No. 15.00 above but of 20mm bore pipe.

S&F 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, white colour, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank, complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top), white colour, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank, complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning of capacity exc 250 litres & not exc 500 litres

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm, lime or sand stone.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct to item No. 34.00 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm. Note: Quoted rate will be used only for adjustment in rate as per site requirement.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops or similar locations, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.), water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

S&F sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick for kitchen with plugs, washers and wastes, including fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets, bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall, connecting union to pipe, overall minimum size 915mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160 mm including 32mm dia waste pipe of polythelene of low or high density, 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed, making holes in walls for brackets and fixed in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F stainless steel Kitchen plate rack of overall minimum size 920mm x 785 mm and 255 mm deep, with partitions for small/large plates etc made out of stainless steel 0.50 mm thick, fixed with rawl plug and CP steel screws all as directed.Note : Weight of rack shall not be less than 7.00 Kg.

S&F vitreous china wash hand basin, white/ivory colour, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm with & including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 blocks of size 10x7.5x15cm, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 15mm bore fancy type pillar tap, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks & fly nuts, screwed for iron pipes.

S&F 15 mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC connection 450 mm long suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe including PTMT nuts on both sides complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surface of width or girth exceeing 10 cm & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified.
