Providing and applying tack coat-II with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @0.20Kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including crossing and juction)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (Including crossing and juction)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway.

Class-150 brick work with 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per S.I. No.-30

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit in the proportion 1:1:5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but its fixing and binding the same with 24BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, Binding wire cost being included in the item as per SI No. 283(b)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in supper Structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Technical Clause 304 of MoRTH Specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. Technical Specification as per Section 2100 of MoRTH Specification.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications as per Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRTH Specification.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications as per Section 1600 of MoRTH Specification.
