Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineerin- Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 143 x 57 mm having built in rebate made out of 16 SWG G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) duly filled with vermuculite based concrete mix, suitable for mounting 60 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumuscent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) alround the frame and fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).
Providing and fixing 50 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 60 minutes fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II), tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100 mm wide, bottom rail 200 mm wide, made out of 16 SWG G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m2) duly filled FR insulation material and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (panneling to be paid for separately).
Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/ powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with glass of required thickness having 60 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW60) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shall be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not be more than 1100x2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqm.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.
Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood wall cladding at all height with planks of sizes 10mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), with necesasary profiled edges fixed with 40mm SS screws 5 nos in each tile to frame work made of second class teak wood of size 20x15 mm in centre of each tile and bottom and top of work height, 40x15mm placed at ends of each tile. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam of density 40kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under cladding. All styles and rails shall have profiled interlocking system locked in place by bamboo pins, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The panelling will be paid for separately).

Designing, Providing, fixing of 30mm Thk GFRC Screen (Jali) with Metallic Paint Cladding: GFRC is a form of concrete that uses fine sand, cement, polymer (usually an acrylic polymer), water, other admixtures and alkali-resistant (AR) glass fibers. The nominal thickness would be 20mm with additional stiffeners at the perimeter or any embedded studs for ease in installation.TiO2 shall be added in the mix for better performance. Materials used for making the GRC unit shall be generally comply with relevant standards or be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The mix shall be determined by the manufacturer and submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge for acceptance before work commences. The following limitations to the mix design shall be observed. - Glassfibre content minimum 3% by weight of total wet mix to 3.5% maximum. - Sand content minimum 30% by weight of total wet mix to 50% maximum. Admixtures to aid workability shall be incorporated after prior approval. If manufacturing takes place in a hot environment, additional steps shall be taken to delay setting of the GRC. The use of retarders shall be permitted and chilling of the water used in the mix shall be resorted to. Mould Release Agent The use of mould release agent shall be permitted provided it is compatible with the architectural finishes specified. The manufacturer shall submit full details of the type of release agent he proposes to use for acceptance by the Engineer-in- Charge.

The brackets shall have provision movement to accommodate the construction tolerances with + 20mm. Use of MS brackets with washers to prevent wind direction movement after final position. High Pressure laminates (HPL) Cladding panels prefabricated with Hole provision at factory. HPL Cladding panels needs to have stiffeners fixed on the back side of panel as per deflection criteria requirements. The vertical drain mullion is at every panel grid location running continuously. The design shall accommodate the building movements, thermal expansion and seismic movements. Also shall accommodate thermal expansion resulting from surface temperature of 60 deg cel on Natural Wood Veneer Composites Cladding outer skin without creating any additional stress. Note : Structural Steel supporting framework including its painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
Designing, Providing, fixing of min 20 mm thick GFRC panels integrated with necessary Hot dip galvanised (HDG) clamps, Hook brackets and SS Bolts, nuts/SS Screws mounted over precast MS inserts. FLOCKED CARPET FLOORING i) "Providing & Fixing of Flocked textile floor of Nylon 6.6 face fiber or equivalentof approved make with 100% Nylon and completely water proof resilient backing. The flooring should be Anti static with thickness of 4.3 mm and approximate weight of 1.8 k.g./sqm of roll form. The carpet should be completely stain resistant and of a density approx. 80 million fibers/sq.mtr (70 million fiber/sq.yd) in the width of 2 mtr .The floor covering should have Fire Test EN-13501, Appearance Retention Hexapod ISO 140-8, Friction Slip Resistance Test EN 14041 Class DS, anti-microbial treatment, with resilient waterproof backing, anti allergic which is certified by British allergy foundation. The carpet should have permanent static contro. The work should be carried out by the authorized installer of the Company in India. Carpet should be laid on zero leveled surface. Carpet should be stick with SR 998 on the floor.
