Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 sq mm S/C in MS- Pipe 150 mm dia by digging of trench in Kachcha/Pakka of suitable size at road crossing (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method in HDPE Pipe 150 mm dia (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable).

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 6" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1.2 mtr for making straight through joint of 33 KV cable size 3x300 Sqmm work included boxing of pit by sand, brick and stone slab filling of soil levelling and ramming of the same. (S/th provided by the deptt.)

Digging of pit in Kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of pole, Dragging of STP from nearby place/dump, Erection of single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment on 09/11 mtr long ST pole and refilling with ramming of earth

Grouting of pole in depth of 01 mtr. Below ground level in ratio 1:4:8 in cement, sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Berger/Nerolac/Asian paints as per norms.

Fabrication & erection of End type double pole for 11 KV line on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like 02 No. Top channel 100x50 mm (1600mm each), 02 No. Bracing angle 65x65x6x4300 mm, Cable dropper, Disc Insulator with fitting, Danger board, Number plates and Barbed wire etc. (All material will be provided by contractor except ST- pole, Top channel, Bracing angle, cable dropper, Disc Insulator & Disc fitting).

Erection of stay set 16x1800 mm by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 mtr including grouting, binding, nuzzling and fixing of stay insulator with stay wire of size 7/10 SWG (All material will be provided by contractor except Stay rod (complete set) and stay wire).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm D/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm S/C in MS- Pipe 120 mm dia by digging of trench in Kachcha/Pakka of suitable size (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of single 11 KV 3x185 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method in HDPE Pipe 120 mm dia (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable).

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 4" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 33 KV & 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

Dismantling of old pole of existing 11 KV line.

Re-erection of old poles in alignment of existing 11 KV line as per site requirement

Safe Dragging, loading, carriage and unloading of balanced materials/dismentalled materials with proper stacking from site to JE dump store/Lesa store after completion of work.
