Under District Gonda, Construction of Road from Bhauriganj Parsapur Marg to Rajghat Akohari, Lot No 1

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20") in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5fts) lifts and 30m. (100") lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited material required compected as direct by Engineer-in-charge. As per SI No. 253

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening /binding to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of the road with Straight overburnt bricks 8 cm. wide and 12 cm. deep laid with mud mortar including labour and s/o brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 (ii).

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - II By Mechanical Means

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510, Case - III By Mechanical Means

Supply of 350 mm dia hume pipe supply of all material, labour T & P etc complete as per direction engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing inaugration black granite (Polished) 20 mm thick stone size 0.90x0.75 cm. including lettering, printing, border etc will be painted of superior quality is required shade and colour including fixing exavation of foundation (1.40x0.50x0.40cm), P.C.C. 1:6:12 (1.40x0.50x0.15cm), brick work 1:3 cement coarse sand up to G.L. (1.40x0.23x1.35cm), 12 mm thick plaster 1:3 cement coarse sand and finihing walls with water proffing white cement paint of approved make and quality such as super snowcem paint etc. all complete. as per analysis
