Designing,topographic survey, preparing DPR & getting the design vetted from any of the approved agencies by MNRE, manufacturing , Design, Supply , fixing ,testing and commissioning of Roof Top 17.5 KW Solar Photo voltic modules made of poly crystalline of rating 325 Wp and nearing above capacity as available in market comprising 72 cells confirm to latest edition of the IEC 61215/IS 14286 standards including RF identification tag for each module, duly vetted from MNNIT Allahabad/ IITs/ NITs/IEC/NABL/NSIC Acredited Testing Laboratries including Solar energy centre /MNRE Approved test centre, Note (1) - The Contractor shall submit neccessary PV modules used in solar panel will be warranted upto 25 year to GE. During the period of warranty the contractor shall remain liable to replace any defective parts that become defective in the plant ,under the conditions provided for by the contract and arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship, provided such defective parts not repairable at site. Efficiency of each module should not be less than 95% including interconnection Make: WAREE, ADANI, UTL,TATA,REC,SOVA SOLAR LTD. Note (2)- Repair, maint, servicing , attending breakdown, fault rectification will be carried by contractor for two year. cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note:- Data logger qty one numbers for remote monitoring of solar generation is included in the above quoted rate. Note (3)- Metering Facility is to be provided by the contractor & cost will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply , fixing ,testing and commissioning of upto 20 KW string inverter/PCU with single card DSP based design and inbuilt RMPPT Charger of capacity 240 V / KW IP-65 protection with peak efficiancy upto 99% , inbuilt protection devices like OVL,BL,SCP,IHV,ILV, high surge capability (up to 300% ) for starting heavy load,inbuilt galvonic isolation, inbuilt metering system and noiseless in operation wide input voltage range from 200 volt upto 800 volt and Three Phase output voltage suitable for indoor and outdoor application , on screen data display. Note: PCUs shall be warranted for minimum period provided by the manufacture but not less than 5 years PCUs shall be warranted for any manufacturing defect or bad workmanship for a minimum period of 05 years from date of completion of work. The contractor shall submit neccesary warranty certificate for 05 Years to GE. During the perod of warranty the contractor shall remain liable to replace any defective parts that become defective in the plant ,under the conditions provided for by the contract and arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship, provided such defective parts not repairable at site. Note- Repair, maint, servicing , attending breakdown, fault rectification will be carried by contractor for two year. cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note:-It is prefer that the make of solar photo voltic modules and inverter should be same make as per Schedule A and as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing tubular battery maint free ( 5 Years Warranty) of capacity 12 Volt 150 AH duly housed in structural steel frame and making suitable size wiring. Note- Repair, maint, servicing , attending breakdown, fault rectification will be carried by contractor for two year. cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing mounting structure for PV module, made out of hot dip galvanized pipe,structural steel,flate,angle iron as required including cutting, welding,grouting on roof top, making holes including all fabrication as required and fix in and including RCC (1:1.5:3) in pedustal work complete all as specified and as directed by GE. Make : TATA/Jindal Note: Model mounting structures are designed to hold solar module.This helps to keep them oriented in the correct direction and provide them structrural support.The structure are so designed that it occupies minimum space without sacrifying the output from PV modules. The structure designed in such a manner that allows easy replacement of any modules.The structure is designed in such a way that it withstands wind speed of 200KMPH or more as per site requirements as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x 5mm burried directly in ground vetically to a depth not less than 4.70 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.60 mtrs below ground level) connected to copper strip 32mm x 6mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/brass bolts nuts checknuts, and washers besides brazing (copper strip shall be 0.5M overlaped with copper plate by brazing) at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for protection of copper strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised iron/steel, adequate quality of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers of 100mm thick x 6 layers all around the plate, and RCC cover of size 54x54x50mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing. Note :- (i) Cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe and 6Sqmm dia copper wire , single core for interconnection and 10Sqmm copper wire , single core for main supply line , Panel to PCU) , ACDB, DCDB, lightening arrestor connected with copper strip upto earth test point shall be included in quated rate of above items. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistence (less than 2 Ohm) is not found the earthing shall be redone on no extra cost to govt.

M&L for sub main wiring with four run of single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of including all fittings and two run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 4 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete. Note:- (a) four runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and two run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment.(b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chases in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

S&F Factory made sheet metal enclosure distribution boards, (protection class IP-42) double door, verticle type suitable for mounting MCCBS/ MCBs conforming to IS : 13032, IS : 8623, BS : 5484 with 200 Amps rating copper bus bar, triple pole and neutral, 4 ways, 415 volts Note :- MCBs and MCCB shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

S&F MCCB, four pole, 415 Volt ,63 Amp rating, 16KA ultimate breaking capacity fixed in DBs catered herein before complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amp rating, 230 volt, 10 KA, 'C' series fixed in DBs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 01 to 10- (i)Please ensure that all materials used in this project should be Indigenous make & before incorporating contractor should take the approval from GE within 15 days of acceptance of contract as per latest GOI/MES/MNRE instruction and policies.(ii) Any items not listed shall be deemed to have been incorporated with respect to functioning and electricity production.(iii) Installation Charges of all components, connecting, testing and calibaration complete all as specified and directed are included in above items.
