Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M 20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and laying in position , standarised concrete Mix M25 grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000 using 20mm anddowngraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) inrecommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate , related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cu.m) 7330 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand , but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also incuding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers . Supplying and fixing of No Fine Cement Concrete CC 1:4 using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all Concrete items complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers- Foundation and basement.

Supplying and erection of steel centering, for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90Cm X 60Cm and thickness of and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over Country wood joist of size 10.00 cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm Centre to Center etc., complete in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3.00m heught for plain surface with all cross bracing using mild steel size of 90 cm x 60 cm thickness of and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over Country wood joist of size 10.00 cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm Centre to Center and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm Centre to Center, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

For Plain Surfaces

Supplying erection and Circular centering. for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc., using M.S. Sheets of size 90cmx60cmxBG 10 guage stiffended etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position mild steel / Ribbed Tor steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Drilling of 150 mm dia bore wells in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes assembly in the drilled holes, if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation charges for the rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another place (the casing pipe has to be supplied by the contractor at the rates noted in a separate item) Rate as per TWAD BOARD SOR

Rough stone dry packing for Apron & Revetment using new stones including stacking the roughstone for premeasurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and filling in Quarry rubbish backing for revetment backing for revetment in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick including stacking for premeasurement, watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the rough stones, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Cement Concrete blocks of size 1.50x1.50x0.9 M in M15 using 40 mm and 20 mm hard broken granite stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slabs, finishing, curing and fixing in position and transportation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 75mm thickness in M15, using 20mmHBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling M.Sand in layers of 20cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and filling of Gravel by lorry including conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges laying, watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply of earth by conveying with a Local lead and stacking them for premeasurement and including spreading, consolidating etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erection of pvc slotted pipe of size 160 mm dia,6 Kg best approved quality with ISI mark with necessary PVC coupling etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
