Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removing the false ceiling panels of affected/damaged area including necessary realignment of hangers, adjusting T or L frame members with necessary screws etc. and refixing the Panels to provide Level ceiling without undulations, including the cost of all labour, essential tools and any other miscellaneos expenditure, all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Refixing of available False ceiling materials consisting of aluminium members, particle boards, etc., including providing new Al. angle cleats,C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws,cutting the members and particle boards to required size wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.( Level adjusting hangers with cleats to be paid separately)
Refixing of available Aluminium partition materials inclusive of aluminium members, particle boards, glass panes, snap on beading, door closures etc., including providing new rubber gasket and screws, cutting the members to required size wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Note:1 The height of the partition upto false ceiling is 2.70 to 3.0 m. Every alternative verticle aluminium member should reach upto RCC slab ceiling and proper fixing should be done. Note 2: In case of Partition below false ceiling, total height of Aluminium partition/section upto false ceiling will be taken as the height of patition).
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

In cement mortar
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :
For fixed portion
Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).
Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.
21.8.1 Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :
Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm)
Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :
Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10sqm
Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.
New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.
One coat.
Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
One or more coats on old work.
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.
One or more coats on old work.
Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
For door/ window/ clerestory window.
Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
White washing with lime to give an even shade :
Old work (two or more coats)
