Receiving, recording, registering and lodging complaint(s) of any nature through computer in excel as per the format given by the Engineer-in-Charge and bifurcating the complaint(s) and preparing docket(s) as per the nature of complaint(s) e.g. Civil Works and Carpentry Works and as per the building Nos and assigning the complaint(s) to their workmen for rectification. Attending the complaint(s) entered into the docket pertaining to Civil Works (incl carpentary, plumbing, masonary, sanitary, sewage, welding etc) rectifying the defects and resolving the complaint(s) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) All the complaint(s) entered into the same docket shall be treated as one unit of complaints and shall be measured for payment. (b) The complaint(s) shall be received from Resident/RWA/JE/Engineer-in-Charge personally, telephonically, online, ARMAAN etc.) (c) One complaint entered in one docket required multiple visit to same location for rectification of the same complaint will be treated as one docket. (m) The minor materials shall (mean nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, flexible wires, tapes, thimbles, Teflon tape, clothes, rawl plugs, hinge, cement upto 1 Kg for each unit of complaints including required quantities of sand/stone dust, white cement upto 0.25 Kg for each unit of complaints, putty, welding rods, painting works, spindle etc.) be provided by Contractor, if required, without any extra cost. (n) The contractor shall have minimum stocks of materials to meet the requirement of one month. The minimum stock of the materials of the first month shall be estimated and calculated as per the quantities of the contract and as per the completion period. The minimum stocks of the materials shall be recalculated, estimated, updated fortnightly on the basis of the consumption of the previous fortnight and the calculation details shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval. However, the completion period to resolve any complaint shall have no connection with the minimum stocks and the contractor shall arrange the materials to resolve the complaint(s) within the prescribed period. (o) Material, to be replaced wherever required, will be of same brand & model or as directed by Enigneer-in-charge

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer expand still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint . (viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:7:12. Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is inclued in the rates quoted above.
