REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF PLASTERING, ROOF TREATMENT ALONGWITH ALLIED ITEMS IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT MIL STN KALKA UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, of any height(12 to 15 mtr) including necessary scaffolding and T&P required to complete the work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete Surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in CM (1:4), using water proofing compound complete of any height (12 to 15 mtr) including necessary scaffolding and T&P required to complete all as specified and directed.. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over 1-2mm (av-1.5mm) thick wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and applying external wall care putty of 2mm thickness over external plaster of wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade, applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2kg/10Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade, applied @1.67ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2kg/10Sqm) and over of external wall care putty of 1mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall over primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs incl cleaning of bricks/tiles and removal of unusable bricks/ tiles from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness whether full thickness removed or part thereof including plaster and leaping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick, brick tiles, laid on 20mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and pointed flush (EXCEPT BRICK TILES) as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed. Note: Brick tiles as retrieved from dismantling are to be reused.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces to received other finish /treatment incl mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions on existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab surfaces including sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed as under:- (a) M&L preparation of plaster surfaces /RCC roof surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @0.03 ltr/Sqm (b) M&L applying blown type bitumen @1.20Kg/Sqm of grade 85/25 (c) Supplying and laying modified polymeric water proofing membrane super thermo lay 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.00kg /sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150gm/sqm center core including coping on the surfaces with torch application of membrane with 10cm over laps as required all complete all as specified and directed . (d) Applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm complete all as directed.
