Construction of rectangular standard brick masonry manhole chambers to standard drawings on S.W. pipe sewers or other circular pipe sewers up to the required depth in 1.5 cement sand mortar, lime concrete in bed and sides of pipe sewer and cement concrete 1:2:4 in benching, 12 mm thick water tight 1:2 cement sand plaster with a floating coat of neat cement and finished with 2 coats of sodium silicate on interior surface where required, reinforced cement concrete slab 180mm thick fixing 560 mm internal diameter C.I. manhole cover and frame weight not less than 2.5 quintal painted with 3 coats of black bitumen paint, fixing galvanised malleable iron steps embedded in 1:2 cement sand mortar complete. the rate covers the cost of M.S. steel for R.C.C. slab labour for fixing and carriage of C.I. manhole frame and cover and malleable iron steps from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge of the works to the site of works. The rate also include the cost of accurately planned and fitted centring, supports for all works as well as for all curves and special work, cleaning out their beds etc. sodium silicate shall be supplied free of cost at the stores of the Engineer-in-charge. (On 500 mm internal diameter pipe sewer - for 3.00 meters depth below ground level

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and allignments, jointing with tytone rubber joint and cutting of RCC S/S pipes having inside HDPE. lining ISI marked as per ISI code IS:458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc.,cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and to ensure this, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge including all cartage etc copmplete in all respects. 450 mm i/d pipe with inside HDPE lining class - NP- 3

Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage Network complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT Disinfection material supplied by the PHED as per schedule-IV for a period of 5 years after 12 months during defect liability period and 3 months trial run period. (will be charged to the A/mtc estimate). complete in all respects as per approved NIT. 1)Operation and maintenance during defect liability period after 3 month trial run period ( operation only)
