Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with a basecoat of white washing with lime.

Supplying & fixing 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan of standard quality with 1'-6" long fan rod and necessary connections complete job

Engaging plumber and helper for repair of sanitary etc all complete including hire charges of ladder etc equipments viz a viz beautification etc and cost of extra accessories and sanitary fittings etc of appropriate specifications as per the directions of enginner inchrge including all leads,lifts and carriages complete & including all form of taxes.
