Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS:12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Supplying at site Wooden box of suitable size with Lid & locking arrangment for preserving strata sample collected from the bore.

Supplying & fixing of M.S. Clamp of size 200mm x 12mm made out of MS Flat 1.52 m long, suitable to fit Housing pipe including the cost Nut & Bolts of Suitable size complete in all respect.

Testing of water sample for Heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide etc.)

Providing and installing 110 mm dia delivery main (From Tube well to Duck Foot bend including cost of C.I/D.F Pipes, D/F Sluice valves, D/F NRV & Specials as C.I Bends, Tail Piece Tees etc.. inside the pump chamber as per standard design complete in all respects . (Note:Rate excluding the cost of old column pipe etc. ).

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed Make capable of delivering 400 LPM against a head of 69 mtr along with electric panel board consisting of electric appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button or oil immersed Starter, Main Switch, VM, Ampere Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase preventer, Indicating Lamps, Kit-Kat etc. including GI. Column Pipe of suitable size 80 mm =40.50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges , screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respects as per standard Specifications (Note:Rate excluding the cost of old machinary).

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven diaphragm opreated metering system chemical dosing chlorinator suitable for for delivering 0.5 to 6 liters of Bleaching Powder solution/ Sodium Hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure upto 7 Kg/cm2 and suction left not less than 1.5 mtr., as per DWSS standard specifations.
