2.1.1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m - All kinds of soil.

2.8.1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

2.31 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

2.27A.1 Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc .complete including all lead and lift.

4.1.8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

4.1.2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON /VIZAG/ IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

6.2.1 Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

9.1.2Q Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) - Vegesa / Bandaru wood.

9.5.1.1Q Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately , all complete - Vegesa / Bandaru wood - 35 mm thick shutters.

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.

14.54.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

14.46 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

13.5.2 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Basic Code No. 3127.O Supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep double ball bearing ceiling fan Make: Almonard/ Usha etc., complete as directied by the Engineer-in-charge.

Basic Code No. 3051.O Supply and fixing of 1 x 40W box type single tube light fitting with copper choke & starter without tube. Make: Philips/ Bajaj etc., complete as directied by the Engineer-in-charge.
