Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread in layers n exc 15cm thick, compacted as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for hume pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm garded crushed stone aggregates as in coping, bed plate, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed including provision of necessary form work and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M- 25 Design Mix (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 Design Mix (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation including rafts, footings, foundations, beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Use and waste form work for faces of walls, retaining walls etc. for rough finished surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, 600mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe- 290 ( Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts). No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed in any length fixed in walls for weep holes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finish to drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incluiding formings moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth of drain or channel
