Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface & Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre & applying one coat of cold bitumenous primer @ 1.20kg per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymerie memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof& other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP nmodified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as speciied.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs etc complete all as specified .

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with empxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed(Minimum weight 20 gms-210 gms)

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in repairs including taking down the existing fitting complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of size exc 250ltrs and n exc 500ltrs, setting aside Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

M&L Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified .

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 /450 x300x7 mm thick on skiriting/ dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over 10mm thick bedding layer of mortar to wall in CM (1:4) for laying tiles complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as specified .

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

S&F 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F figured glass, pin head type 4 mm thick in squares n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemer on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified .

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan " Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified

S&F in repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type Flushing Cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float & handle including brackets & connection to pipes complete all as specified

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 450x300m excluding taps, waste , chain & plug & porcelain stopper including brackets incl cutting for pinning in ends of bracketes or erecting stand and fixing and supply and waste pipe complete all as specified .

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair pillar taps 15mm dia bore fancy type with capstain heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified

S&F in repair 15 mm stop valves (angular type), cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20 mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flangs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated bib taps with crutch of butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore brass chromium plated mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of size 125 mm brass chromium plated shower rose with or without swivel joints, any size including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified

S & F Soap dish, vitreous China white of approximate size 160 x 160 x 90 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified .

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
