Demolishing cement concrete in 1:3:6 or richer mix manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 Mtrs lead.

Half brick masonry with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V-level cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting in the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coat on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litres/ 10 sqm on existing cement paint surface).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) sal wood.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished or required size with necessary screw excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately all completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2nd class deodar wood (35mm thick).

Providing and fixing paneling of plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layers (like Nova pan, Eco board etc.) or graded wood particle board (like Bhutan Board) medium density Grade I, IS : 3087 marked for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Paneling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick. Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layers (like Novapan, Ecoboard etc.) or graded wood particle board (like bhutan board) medium density grade I, IS 3087 marked.

Providing & fixing glazed shutters 30mm thick for doors, windows and clear story windows using 10Kg/Sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Regrading terracing of mud phuska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phuska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded) within 50 M lead.

Providing gola 75 x 75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design in 75 x 75 mm deep chase.

Providing and fixing PVC Wall panelling branded including all fitting and accessories as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (complete job).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete (size of tile 60x60cm).

Providing and fixing Salem Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per I.S 13983 with C.I brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. Kitchen sink with drain board. 510x1040mm bowl depth 250mm.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including cutting and making good the wall concealed pipe / trenches, painted with anti-corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall / refilling of trenches.20mm nominal bore (Medium).

Supply and fixing of following Sanitary fitting items (branded) as per MR as under :-

15mm Bib Cock Long Nose (Make Jaquar).

15mm Angle Valve (Make Jaquar).

PVC connection.

Waste pipe.

Waste coupling.

100mm dia PVC pipe.

Gyser (Make Jaquar).

15mm Bal Valve.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Sand for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 15 Kms.
