DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING, SUB MAIN WIRING ,DBS, SERVICE AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT RMS DHOLPUR UNDER GE BHARATPUR

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring /conduits/ casing caping & connections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring /conduits/ casing caping & connections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying and rectifying the defects of water heater storage type, replacing heating coils, indicators, thermostat cut out units, hot and cold pipes, stop cock and bib taps, rectifying leakages in joints, pipes etc plumbing related works, removing and fixing of fastener and geyser unit, shifting of geyser from one wall to another wall or interchanging of the same from one bldg to another all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 3 :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily, as directed.(b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor.(c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes, nuts/ bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable batten/surface conduit/ concealed conduit aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell/buzzer, socket or power) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets, lamp holders, shades, fan regulators, light fittings, bells etc including sunken boxes and removing the retrieved materials from dismantling including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old U/s sub main wiring and service wire of any size and make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable DBs/ switch fuses/ changeover in sheet steel enclosure complete with MCBs/Fuses/grips any capacity after disconnecting all cables etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS of size 1.5 Sq mm stranded core drawn in and including non metalic ridge concealed conduit with all fittings such as tees, bends etc terminating in and including New MS sunken box covered with and including 3 mm thick new bakelite laminated sheet top cover ‘Hylam’ for one fan or light or exhaust fan or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch including provision of 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable, solid multistanded as earth wire to common earth & connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
