Dismantling stay assembly complete(demolition of concrete etc and removing old material from site for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor service feeder or distribution span and removing old material from site for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors and removing old material from site for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cables, post holes, valve pit chamber etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan, laying/removing of pipes etc and getting out following strata of soil complete all as specified and directed

(a) Soft/loose soil

(b) Hard/dense soil

(c) Soft/disintegrated rock (by mechanical plant or chisel cutting)

(d) Hard rock (by mechanical plant or chisel cutting)

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point for following strata :-

M&L for clean dry river sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading levelling hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed ( Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg as per IS 5820:1970, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power ccables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300mmx300mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 ( Part II),1980 type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meters long) H.T poles including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, painting including necessary PCC 1:3:6 & formwok for foundation as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation / earth work will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricaed from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin type porcelain, vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L switches air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fix iron cable route indicators on round plate of size 10cm diameter 3mm thick with angle leg 35x35x5mm letter inscribed on both sides as : HT cables" of specified font size not less 60mm as directed and mounted on PCC complete including using PCC 1:2:4 B1 all as specified & directed to the satisfication of engr-in-Charge

M&L for earthing with 600x600x6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanised steel strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel with and including 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI stip to the extent of 7.5 meters as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with MS angle iron frame CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe iron top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavted material from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/floor GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade including necessary fittings as protection to Cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning outdoor type sheet metal enclosure cable jointing box CPRI & MSEDCL approved of 3 way suitable for HT 11KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos Epoxy insulators and 03 Nos copper bus bar and made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and built upon rigid frame work having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry/exist of size upto 185 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and washers and incl weatherproof bottom hole outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shell be of powder coated red paint complete including necessary earthwork & PCC foundation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine incluing HDPE pipe of suitable dia for 0.4mpa working pressure.
