Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm size Crusher broken HG Metal of approved quality from approved quarry including all cost of materials, conveyance, royality, taxes and T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying in Column Footing / Pile cap etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing vitrified tile flooring using Vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness of 8 to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of 600mmX600mm colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality,colour or equivalent in dados & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the vitrified tile if required watering and curing for 21 days including cost,conveyance,loading,unloading,royalties and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,sundries,T & P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

16mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick work finished smooth after racking out joints with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T&P required for the work including royalty etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

12mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick work finished smooth after racking out joints with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T&P required for the work including royalty etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) graded plaster to RCC surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment with all labour and T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying iron shutter M.S. panalled door single leaf with M.S. frame and M.S. panalled window double leaf with M.S. frame and grill etc. with all cost, carriage, taxes etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fitting, fixing iron shutter M.S. panalled door single leaf with M.S. frame and M.S. panalled window double leaf with M.S. frame and grill etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Wall Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion Paint including cost, conveyance and taxes of materials with all labour and T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance and taxes of materials with all labour and T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix as per Drawing and Technical Specification etc complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Wiring for circuit/sub main alongwith earth wire with following sizes of PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor with ISI marked conforming to IS-694/1990 in 20 mm dia non metallic heacy duty flexible conduit 1.6 mm in recessed PVC conduit as required (make of wire-Finolex/L&T/Anchor/Havels/V-Guard).2x1.5 sqmm + 1 x 1.5 sqmm( 1 .8)
