SPL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF HT OH CONDUCTOR TO HT UG CABLE FROM SHIV MANDIR TO FEEDER NO 5 AT TIBRI MIL STN

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but depth excd 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : The punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cabel cover , class HV type I flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M& L for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed, grade Cross Sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 07 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit straight through out door HEAT shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable 95 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 9 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 11 above but outdoor type of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron pipe light grade ISI marked 100 mm bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls/ laid under floor complete with and including fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing pre-stressed concrete pole 11 Mtr long 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom class 9 erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with synthetic enameled paint in alternate white and black strips each 30cm wide up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & Labour for PCC work (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of electric pole, etc. including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work (1:2:4) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix MS Cross arms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 duly engraved “MES HT CABLE / HT JOINT” coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in brown of size 150 x 150 x 900 mm fixed 300mm below ground level in PCC(1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring hole under the road/payment/ hard standing using trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 6600 volts triple poles 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechnically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangment with 12 inuslators with drop out fuses complete all as per specified and directed. (clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fix Danger notice plate for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones and written as "DANGER" in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat 25 mm x 3mm , including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Instructions are to be written in three languages viz. -Punjabi, Hindi and English.

Supply and fix lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp rupturing capacity 65 Kilo Amps porcelain conforming to IS-3070 Pt-I suitable for 6600 volts, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms, channels, angle iron, clamps, nut, bolts, stay wire, stay assembly, GI wire, anti climbing devices, danger notice boards, GOD, insulator etc complete all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down existing ACSR conductor of any size by openign the binding wire from HT / LT electric poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete using galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected with and including GI stips 25 mm x 4mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, GI washers, timbles; earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and angle iron frame including necessary excavation/ earthwork in any type of soil/ rock and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified with the following:-

(i) Test point GI of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm. (ii) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with brass wire mesh embedded infloor of PCC earth pit. (GI funnel should properly tightened on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit withopen top suitable for watering of earth pits). (iii) PCC earth pit 30cm x 30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) plaster including RCC pit cover 25cm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia shitable for carrying of pit cover. (iv) Angle iron frame made of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm angle iron for 30mm x 30mm PCC pit for holding the pit cover. Note : (a) The unit rate shall be include for protection pipe GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm from the earth plate and upto metallic body of the equipment/panel board etc. or 7.5 metre whichever is more. (b) PCC pit shall be provded at least 0.5 metre away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) RCC pit cover shall be 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/ Sqm of size 300 mm x 300 mm in lieu of CI cover.
