Preservation of Diesel Generator (Cap- 30 KVA) by DG Shelter/shed construction work shall consist of following 04 sites(Radar Station Kanyakumari,Manapad,Pandian Tivu and Killakarai)
Chipping and extending existing plinth platform using rubble and belt RCC concrete leveling to required size including repairing existing damaged plinth and resurfacing entire plinth. Existing plinth size is 6 ft deep from ground level and 14 ft breath X 12 ft width final size to be 10 ft height X 14 ft breadth X 12 ft width
Construction of DG generator area of brick wall four side (10 ft height X 14 ft b X 12 ft w), wall 4 inch thickness and AC cement /iron sheet on roof size 15 ft X 13 ft (01 ft outside the generator area) and aluminium grill window size 4 ft w X 6 ft h for ventilation and provision of entrance grill door 7 ft X 4 ft double side door
Preservation of DG sets includes following miscellaneous scope of work
Providing and applying plaster 1.4 cm with necessary curing complete
Painting job providing and applying primer white
Providing and fixing AC/iron sheets on roof with steel etc.
Providing 01 no. tube light fitting and 01 no. switch and 05 A three pin plug point with wiring from UPS power point at Radar Station
