Site cleaning work of the ground in all kinds of soil including clearing the area by removing rank vegetation and in-equalities, cutting of shrubs, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level, stacking and disposing of rubbish out of plot area to an unobjectionable area as directed by Site Engineer. The roots of the trees shall be removed to a minimum depth of 60 cm below ground level or 30 cm below formation level or a minimum of 15 cm below sub grade level whichever is lower and the hollows filled up with earth levelled and rammed complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Mass excavation over areas by mechanical or manual means at site to reduce the level of the ground in ordinary soil and soil mixed with boulders except hard rock requiring blasting, including clearing the area by cutting shrubs, bushes, grass, vegetation etc., stacking and disposal out of plot, to an unobjectionable area as directed, carting away excavated material for filling in low lying areas within the plot including spreading, levelling, dressing etc. , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Demolishing plastered/unplastered brick work in cement mortar at all heights and depths including following all safety requirements, ensuring adequate precaution to the neighbourhood structures & equipment, putting necessary cover , stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within station area limit all completed as directed by Site Engineer. 1. Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. 2. Providing of necessary covers/barricades around the work area is to be done prior to dismantling operations.

Demolishing P.C.C. work in existing building structures at all heights and depths using pnuematic tools or as approved by Engineer-in- charge including following all safety requirements, ensuring adequate precaution to the neighbourhood structures & equipment, putting necessary cover , and disposal of unserviceable material within station area limit all complete as directed by Site Engineer. Note: 1. Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. 2. Providing of necessary covers/barricades around the work area is to be done prior to dismantling operations.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing & fixing galvanized chicken wire net 20 gauge, 20mm mesh in plastering work at the junction of RCC columns/beams & brick work as directed by Site Engineer.

Providing and laying cement concrete, grade of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), in foundation, floors, bed of drains, including ramming, de-watering, shuttering, shoring, strutting, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. Water proofing compound like cico to be mixed in cement mix as per standard mix.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing 15 mm thick plaster to internal & external walls at all heights/depths with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) finished smooth/rough including scaffolding, raking out joints, rounding off and chamfering corners, making drip course moulding, roughening of brick surface, scaffolding, curing for etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing neat coat of cement punning over the plastered surfaces complete in all respects inclusive of scaffolding, cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates,flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to Engineer-in-charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (excluding the cost of concrete work).

Supplying and applying three coats of super acrylic emulsion paint like RANGOLI of Berger or any other approved equivalent brand, of required shade on newly plaster surface including preparation of base surface with putty, two coats of cement primer, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer’s recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer.

Supplying and applying three coats of water proof cement based paints like Snowcem-Plus or other equivalent approved brand, of required shade including scrapping of surface thoroughly, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer’s recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work after scraping the surface thoroughly and application of primer

Providing and fixing 3-D Brass letters as per drawings for IOCL NameBoard on location as directed by Site engineer. The 3D brass lettering will be firmly fixed on granite slab with help of approved quality adhesive or by making hole and bolting from back of granite.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick granite stone tile of approved shade & suitable size at all heights on the wall (facia of Porch columns) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade complete in all respects as directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats (Wall painting & lettering with coloured synthetic enamel paint as per approved design and pattern decided by EIC.)

Providing and laying Polished Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make (kajaria or equivalent make), in all colours & shade, in flooring, skirting, riser of steps, over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Dismantling of chain link fencing including barbed wire / flexible wire rope / concertina wire including removal of vegetation on walls and making rolls and stacking within station area limit all complete as directed by Site Engineer

Supplying, fitting and fixing Punched tape concertina spiral coil of 50 turns per coil having core wire of 2.6mm dia made of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per IS 4454 part - I grade II having minimum galvanising coating thickness equivalent to 230 grams per square metre and low carbon steel strip of 0.5 mm thickness having a series of barbes punched all along the length on both sides of the strip at regular interval as per IS 513, DD quality having minimum galvanising coating thickness of 12 microns. Hardness of tape should be between 137-180 VPN (Victor Penetration Number). The coil should be clipped sufficiently at regular intervals. The coil should not be stretched for more than 6.0 Metre length and the minimum diameter of the coil in the closed condition should not be less than 600 mm complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying and providing chain link fencing with GI wire of 3 mm dia forming a mesh size of 50 x 50 mm including fixing with MS angle post with GI staples, nibs etc. making hole on the body of the MS angle of post (if necessary), including painting with two coats of paint over a coat of Zinc phosphate primer including cost of all labour, materials, transportation charges complete in all respects and as per specification and direction of Site Engineer. Note: Angle iron frame shall be paid separately.
