SPECIAL REPAIR TO GARAGES BLDG NO P-288 OF SUDARSHAN CHAKRA OFFICERS MESS (SCOM) UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16532: 2017 over a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16532: 2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ponding test by filling 75 mm deep water over roof treatment by making necessary arrangement to fill the complete Roof slab at least for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate ) benching/ angle filleting at the junction of parapet and RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 250 ml per Bag or as per manufacture's Instructions, by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for grout of permanent bonding of strutural damage/crack, porosity of concrete to attend leakage/seepage with pressure grouting with 15mm bore GI Pipe Nozzle under the pressure of 5 kg/sqcm using cement based grout, treatment to be made as per instruction complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
