M&L for providing precast cement concrete RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in landings, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles and perforated cover slabs (over drain), (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately) with plain faces set in CM 1:6. with joints to match and including necessary form work. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick (Spread thickness)soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

M&L for 100 mm thick (compacted average thickness) of WBM with broken stone coarse aggregate (sand stone) of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) blinded with stone screening type ‘A’, spread, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller & consolidated to required camber & gradient complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10 grade ) at 10kg per 10 sqm all as specified and directed .

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam with binder content @ (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix (Job Mix) laying with mechanical paver laid / rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less as per site requirement of site ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade), 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) using binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix (Job mix), using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing septic tank of 1000 users capacity by removing water, sludge, stones, solid particles etc. complete by mechanically pumping from the septic tank and removing the same from the campus and burried as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismanteling of RCC Hume Pipe of any dia and at any depth complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonery built in cement morter of any type and at any location complete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for planning, designing and construction of underground sewage sump cum pump house of size Dia 3 mtr (intgernal Dia) and depth 8.5 mtr with following specifications :- UNDERGROUND SUMP : (a) Exc and earth work in any type of strata (b) RCC M 30 Design mix as foundations, sump wall and roof. (c) Re enforcement mild steel TMT bars of Gde Fe 500 CRS. (d) Depth of sump 7.5m below GL and 0.45 m above GL. (e) CI manhole cover with CI frame of Size 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtr (f) M S fixed ladder of suitable size upto bottom of sump including apoxy coating (g) Roof slab of sump to have projection of 300 mm. (h) Internal plaster in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound. (j) Epoxy coating on internal surface of wall and roof of UG Sump. (k) Suitable foundation for sewage pump (l) Mild steel grill fixed on external side using square bar of size 12mm x 12mm welded with MS flat of size 25mm x 4mm.

(d) RCC Roof slab with 450 mm projection.(e) PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 40 mm thick including necessary PVC strips in flooring. (f) Door -1 No M S Door with mild steel angel frame work and chowkat of suitable size with 1 mm thick M S Sheet as covering to door including two coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide. (g) Windows : Aluminium Section frame and sliding shutters (h) Roof treatment with APP memrance as per zonl specification. (j) Plaster. (i) internal 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (ii) External 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using `extra cement (l) Finishes : internal : three coat white wash. External : Two coat of ACE/APEX over a coat of wall care putty. Note : 1. Soil bearing Capacity test will be carried out after the excavation and UG Sump with Pump House will be design and constructed thereafter as per SBC of site. 2. Necessary pre caution against collapse of earth at excavated site shall be taken by contractor. 3. Water tightness test for sump and leakage /seepage test for roof treatment before handing over 4. Drgs for UG sump cum pump house room willbe submitted to GE for approval duly vetted by Govt Engr College/NIT/IIT

M & L for surface point wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn in and including PVC casing caping of required size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly for one light point or one fan point or one call bell point controlled by one, one way switch including PVC switch board of required size or 3mm thick hylam sheet screwed with 04 nos cadmium coated screws & cup washer on existing MS concealled box for mounting of switch, regulators or bell push and casing caping terminal box for mounting ceiling rose/ holders etc incl dismentling taking down old unserviceable point wiring and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.
