STRUCTURAL STEEL — pplying, transporting, fabricating, erecting in positionin position of Pre- fabricated steel structures at allelevations for Canopy ing structural steel sectionsISMB/ISMC/ISA conforming to IS:2062 and IS 226 , includingcutting, welding or bolting, supply of bolts/ ts/washersetc., complete as per drawings including surfacepreparation and applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate Primerbefore erection, ne coat after erection and two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint as per specification after erectionand all materials and labour comple . ( No welding ispermitted at site). The rate quoted shall include cost ofbolts, nuts, washers, welding and electrodes and any other nsumables required for completing the work. Nut boltsshall not be considered for payment.Theoretical wight ofsteel sections shall be onsidered for payment.(Nomeasurement shall be taken for nut,bolt,washer splice plate& gusset plate)

ROOFING CLIPPON — pply and fixing Clippon Roofing System:Roofing basematerial should be of cold rolled steel of 0.55 mm thickand conform to ASTM:A 446 aving yield stress of 275 MPA .The coating should be Aluminum and Zinc alloy comprising55% Al , 43.5 Zinc & 1.5 % Silicon , as per A M :A 792 .The coating mass should not be less than 150 Gms per SqM(total of both sides). For, bare galvalume, TCT should notbe less an 0.55 mm . Sheets shall have approved side lapswith top sheets facing away from the prevailing weather.Necessary profiled filler b should be provided at higherlevel of roof sheeting and at valley gutter to ensure watertightness in the profiled gaps . The fixing roofingshall be done in such a manner that the roof is not drilled/ punctured for fixing with the purlins .Refer to theapproved mak given in the Attachment. Flashings, Cappingsand trims:These shall be formed out of same substrates asthat of the roofing sheets and hall be supplied instandard lengths of 2.5 M in the required shapes and girthsand fixed by means of hex-head mechanically galvanized itching screws. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutralcure type shall be applied at all laps to avoid waterseepage.

FALSE CEILING — oviding & fixing false ceiling system of Trac 150 Fexterior grade or approved equivalent of 0.5mm thickgalvanised steel with stove e meled coil coated finishinter locking ceiling panels, carriers, suspension systemand edge closure as per the following specification upplying and installation of exterior grade 150 F ceilingsystem comprising of 150 mm x 17 mm deep panels roll formedout of 0.5 mm ga anised steel with stove enameled coilcoated finish. The panels shall be pre-treated and coilcoated on one side in manufacturers stan rd colour shadesas approved by the Architect/ Engineer in charge. The rearside of the panel shall be given a coat of primer and awas coat while the finished side shall be given a coat ofprimer and finish colour coat in polyster paint for a min.dry film thickness of 0 microns, fixed on to the rollformed carriers 34.5 mm x 488 mm deep out of 6 mm thickGalvanised steed with prongs to hold panels in he moduleof 150 mm at maximum 1.2 mts. C/C. The carriers to besuspended from roof truss by rigid suspension angles as permanufacture s recommendation. Panels shall be supplied incustom length upto maximum of 5 mts. Job also includesproviding ceiling flashing using ctory formed 0.5 mmthick Polyster coated galvanised steel material. Rate shallbe including providing flashing to cover gap if any be eenilluminated banding and false ceiling.

MS FASCIA — pplying and fixing 20 SWG GI sheet facia includingpainting with one coat of zinc chromate primer and twocoats of 1 st quality synthe c enamel paint on front side. Necessary facia framework for fastening the sheet to thecanopy securely shall be paid separately.

AL GUTTER — oviding and fixing 2 mm thick Aluminum Sheet Gutters ofrequired shape in slope with 40 mm x 3 mm MS. Brackets at1000 mm maximum spac g and 8 mm dia G.I. J or L hooks,boltsand nuts, GI Limpet and bitumen washers, providing nutbolt joint , sealing the joints with sil on sealanttesting the gutter for leakage by filling water etc.Complete.(Refer attached Drawing .For allowable tolerancerefer to IS c es

6" PVC PIPES OF 6 KG — oviding and fixing 6" dia PVC pipes of 6 Kg/sqcm ofapproved Make as per IS 4985 for rain water pipes includingall fittings like band , shoes etc., MS fabricated bracketas per requiment etc. All complete as directed by the EIC.
