Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth Pick work upto all leads and lifts. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 crushed graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(B).columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal, circular in plan in any height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(C). beams cantilevers girders and lintels side and soffit of beams ,beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth / heights /thickness including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(g). Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and like i/c attached buttresses, pillasters, plith and string courses and the liike including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

(B). columns, pillars, posts and struts up to all heights complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(c). suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(D). Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre (zero point ten meter thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etcetera from top of foundation in all depth including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying tor steel(Tata/Sail/RINL/Shyam steel make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 PCC 1: 3: 6 ( 1 Cement :3 sand :6 greded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. including cost of form work and carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and heights. 1st class bricks.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:- With white enamel paint.or other than white including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paintIn beams joists channels ,angles , MS Pipe, MS Hollow Section, tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters, Doms and the like.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm Thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. (weight of sheet not less than 15kg/sqm).including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement.50mm thick. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) including finishing the joints flush. 11.10 cm thick (using conventional brick)brick on edging including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts and bolts or rivets and washers or welded as required as per site requirement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.
