External Water Supply

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and including demolition / dismantling of existing craked valve chamber complete all as specifeid and directed.

Cutting or screwing existing steel tubing for alteration or additions suitable size for 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

External Electric Supply

Supply and fix LED Flood light 250 W , min lumen 25000Lm, CRI>70%, TDH<15% and PF>0.95 Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium non integral IP66 flood light, suitable for high mast/ street light application, highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED street light 35 W , min lumen 3500Lm, CRI>70%, TDH<15% and PF>0.95 Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium non integral IP66 street light, suitable for street light application, with high power LEDs as light source including 1.2 mter GI medium grade including clamps bolt and other assessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable junction boxes IP 66 “halogen free and weather proof” for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry - Black Colour) of minimum size 225 x 295x 112 mm for 16/25 sq.mm fixed to pole /wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts , bolts and washers including provision of 02 No miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) single pole, 240 volts 10 kA, 10 Amps and including minium 100 Amps aluminium busbar (04 Nos) with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC cable route indiacator made out with 300 x 300 x 300 mm thick PCC Block of 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm gradded aggragate and embossing HT indicator made out with MS / CI round shaped sheet welded with 200 mm long MS flat iron including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to iron surfaces fixing at different cable routes complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Sewage Disposal

M & L for conventional LLDPE septic tank for 10 uswers design to carry sewage and sullage water excavation in type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation vent shafts connection etc. complete.

M & L for Soakage well exacavtion in any type of soil foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey comb masonry with top ring of M 25 grade concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM RCC cover Slab in M25 / SFRC cover , intercepting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8 m dia and 4.5 m deep complete all as shown on TD drawings and as specified and as directed.
