Annual contract for cleaning of road and drains of Phase-I and II of SSTPP, Dongalia Distt. Khandwa.

Cleaning and removal of wet silt, leaves, garbage, ash, coal dust and coal boulders from the road side drains and trenches of various size and disposal of obtained materials to outside of power house premises in low lying area with maximum lead of 3.00 KM by contractor's own vehicle including dressing of diposed silt including cost of T&P, safety appliances, removal and re-fixing of trench covers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of culvert's hume pipes 300 mm dia to 1000 mm dia 5 M to 20M long in and around power house area including removal of choaked silt, coal, boulders etc. with lead upto 500m and all lifts including making space for removal of silt from all culvert's hume pipe etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Collection and removal of garbage, coal dust, buses, grass and other wast material etc. from PH area spreaded out at different locations & disposal of same outside Power House area at about 3. km lead by contractor's own vehicle i/c leveling and dressing of disposed silt, cost of T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning and Sweeping of road & road side berms, in front of main, all 14 m, 7m & petrol road , In front of service building etc. inside power house premises at SSTPP Dongalia removal of dust garbage etc. and removal of coal churies etc. and other foreign materials using brooms from road side berms, collecting the same at appropriate place within 100 M distance, separating the coal churies from the other waste materials and dispose of the same outside PH premise in low lying area at a maximum lead of 3.00 KM by contractor's own vehicle including dressing, loading/unloading, cost of T&P, safety appliances etc. but excluding hire & running expenses of vehicle complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Frequency two times in a week for 12 month).

Engagement of tractor with trolley for disposal of materials for above Item No.4 (Frequency of work two time in a week)

Removal of dead animals from plant premises within two hours from reported time to designated place and disposal of the same as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Small size like Cates, Dogs.

Collection and removal of Ash and Debris deposited in the storm water drains and disposal of obtained material outside of power house premises in ash dyke/ low laying area etc. at maximum lead of 5.00 Km including transportation, loading, unloading levelling and dressing of disposed silt i/c cost of all T&P,labour charges, safety appliances etc. complete as per direction of Engineer incharge .
