S & F Single side single W Beam metal crash barrier hot dip galvanised protective coating of size 4320mmx 85mm x 310mm thickness of 3mm with supported by 2.1m high post mede of hot dip galvanised channel section of size 150mmx75mmx5mm alongwith same size of spacer of height 300mm at every 2m interval including suitable size of fixing arrangement i.e. nut bolts as per manufacturer instructions. The post shall be embeded 1250mm below GL, incl necessary earthwork and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 (Size 450x450x1250mm) type B1, 20mm graded aggrigatge for each post complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and as per MoRTH specification/IRS-119:2015 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing convex mirror made of PC material provided with 1.45M long, 63mm dia medium grade MS pipe post, duly powder coated as per site requirement and should have clear and definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle and unbreakable and stonger than glass of size 900mm dia including necessary earthwork, and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size (500x500x600mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to potholes of depth n.exc 30mm and area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm (using paving bitumen VG-30), binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), rolled with smooth wheeled power roller 8 to 12 tonne and compacted to required camber and gradient and finishes to a uniform and smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen grade VG-30 as a binder content by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For job mix formula design purpose maximum binder shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen. (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than 5.5%. (iii) During design stage if binder content used less than 5.5% necessary price adjustment on quoted rate shall be done as per actual binder content used. (iv) Design to be got approved from GE

Material & Labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.00 mm thick [Reflective Type] of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 on roads, pavements and the like with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply & errecting of Cautionary boards/ Information boards/ Destination board double sided, made of two hardened ACP sheets 3 mm thick fixed on both sides and properly riveted to stainless steel square pipe of size 20x20mm of 16 guage thick and over all size of frame 1200x900mm, supported with another frame made of 40mmx40mm SS square pipe of 16 guage thick and double legged 3.10m long SS pipe of 50mm dia of 14 guage thick and fixed with each other with proper weilding. Retro reflective regulatory board of over all size 1200 mm x 900mm, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting confirming to type -III of ASTM-D4956-01. Colour of retro reflective sheeting as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Retro-Reflective Sheeting should be pasted by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure confirming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The board will be fixed to 2 Nos post made of SS pipe of size 50mm, 14 gauge 3.10 m long welded to the frame. Board to be fixed on ground 600mm deep incl excavation and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 (Size 450x450x600mm) type B1, 20mm graded aggrigatge for each post complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note- (i) All SS pipes to be provided under this work shall be of SS grade 304. (ii) Cost of welding machine and welding rod shall be deemed to be included with unit quoted rate.
