Dewatering complete from the filtration plant of capacity 20000 Gallons per hour after that taking out complete filter media including sediments deposited, other foreign material, deteriorated back wash and air pipe etc and keep the serviceable items at safe place for reuse after cleaning & washing after that clean and wash complete filter bed with the help of cleaning material such as wire brush, bleaching powder etc and remove all the materials from the site where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering complete from the filtration plant of capacity 30000 Gallons per hour after that taking out complete filter media including sediments deposited, other foreign material, deteriorated back wash and air pipe etc and keep the serviceable items at safe place for reuse after cleaning & washing after that clean and wash complete filter bed with the help of cleaning material such as wire brush, bleaching powder etc and remove all the materials from the site where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, only GI Tubing 150 mm bore Heavy grade for fabrication of back wash system complete .

Supply, only GI Tubing 50 mm bore Heavy grade for fabrication of back wash system complete .

Fabrication of back wash (air and water) system of the filter media made out of 150 and 50 mm heavy duty (class 'C') GI tubing complete inclusive of cutting, welding, making hole, drilling, fixing and testing. Note: GI Tubing 150/50mm will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching , embedded for hold fast etc including sheathing slightly chamfered on edge and finishes exposed surfaces even smooth with out using extra cement including necessary from work/Road cutting complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of existing 90 HP pumping set from the foundation after disconnecting all incoming and out going electric & water supply connection including sluice valve, non return valve, bend etc. and keep the pumping set in safe custody after that dismantling existing foundation with the help of power hammer drill machine and construction of new foundation on same place as per existing size inclusive of foundation bolt & nuts & fix the same pump in same position and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old burnt 100/90 HP induction motor 415 volts, 3 phase after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, foundation bolts, decupling from pump & transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding & rewinding same size supper enamelled copper wire & replace all defective parts such as bearing etc and fixing on same position & testing

Taking out old burnt 40 HP induction motor 415 volts, 3 phase after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, foundation bolts, decupling from pump & transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding & rewinding with same size supper enamelled copper wire & replace all defective parts such as bearing etc and fixing on same position & testing

Taking out old burnt out 40HP pumping set after disconnecting the all incoming and outgoing 150mm bore CI pipe connection including 150mm NRV, Sluice valve , bend, electric connection, foundation bolts, decupling with electric motor & transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, replacing all deteriorated parts such as bearing, impeller, pump shaft etc and fixed in same position & testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Altoch dosing system for power free offline chlorination for drinking water, Multy cavity water sanitizer, non metallic, power free automatic, tank capacity 100-200 ltrs, tank lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall complete inclusive over valve, water inlet valve, out let wall(for offline automated gravity flow), drain valve etc. Model: ADS-PRO of Make: Declibac or equivalent in Potter & watts/Briozing.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness above ground floors complete and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness laid & bedded in cement mortar in floors / wall including screed bed or backing coat complete and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, coloured and pattern as approved, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 as in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including cuttings & wastage etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 41 above but fixed over 10mm thick backing coated plaster in CM 1:4 as in skirting/dado.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/padding , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted wooden surface of any description not otherwise described for over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing debris from site of work complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for two coats of white wash on old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 sq. m but n exceeding 4 sq. m each, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1sqm and n.exc 2.00sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel butt hinges medium weight cold rolled 100 mm size, all as specified.

S & F 150mm long Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified.

S & F 200mm long Mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified.

S & F 300mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer.
