M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agg finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protections/path and laid fair in alternate bays & construction joints to be given at every 3m interval and corners of buildings and filled with bituminous mastic or equivalent filler complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm and over inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Removing and Hacking of existing deteriorated damaged & loose concrete from the external surface of the structure carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete or control sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc, complete and also without damaging the existing structure.The rate shall also include disposal of waste/rubble/malwa from site outside MD Land upto as directed by the Engr-in-Charge along with lead and lift if any including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 7 M. Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers

Removing the loose scale of corrosion etc from the exposed reinforcement and cleaning the corroded reinforcement by wire brush followed by cleaning with air blower/ water jet . Finally cleaning the rusted reinforcement / metal (iron base) by Chemical rust remover , cleaning and etching agents with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth. as per technical specifications and also as per manufacturers recommondations and also as per directions of Engineer-in- charge. The rates inclusive of labourers, materials , tools etc complete in cluding standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 7 M. Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers. Make of the Rust removing agent : Reebakelens RR from M/s Fosroc or Equivalent Makes M/s SIKA, M/s Pidilite etc.

M & L for surface cleaning and application of Two coats of Two component epoxy zinc rich primer coat on steel surfaces / reinforcement as per manufacturer's recommendation and as per technical specification and also as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge, complete including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 7 M Make of Two component epoxy zinc rich primer : Nitozinc Primer from M/s FOSROC and Equivalent M/s SIKA, M/s Pidilite etc. Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers.

M & L For Identify the cracks and construction joints, honeycomb areas, shall be chased open into ‘U’ groove shape and sealed with High strength, abrasion - resistance epoxy reinstatement mortar, Fosroc Nitomortar S or Equivalent, Providing and fixing 6-8mm dia nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation. M&L for 40 mm thick( Average thickness) Guniting concrete surface using mechanical means with single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced structural grade cementitious repair mortar having compressive strength of 45 N/ Sq.mm , Flexural strength of 7 N/Sq.mm and tensile strength of 2.50 N/sq.mm at 28 Days all as per manufacturer's recommendation and technical specification and as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 7 M .Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also company skilled workers. Make of single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced structural grade cementitious repair mortar : Renderoc SP 40 from FOSROC or Equivalent M/s SIKA, M/s Pidilite etc.

M&L for providing and laying of ready to use non shrink ,cementitious free flow micro concrete, upto required thickness at the designated areas, to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connectors and bonding agent where ever necessary .The fluid Micro-concrete repair material shall be single component , cement based to which only site condition of water and approved graded coarse aggregate where ever specified shall be permitted . The micro concrete shall contain no mettalic aggregates or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flowable consistancy should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/ Sq.mm after 28 days at 30 degrees Centigrate as per BIS 4551-80.The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4 % as per ASTM C827 -1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/ Sq.mm @ 28 days. The Micro Concrte shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10 -6 /oC and thermal conductivity 1.50 W /moC . The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/Cu.M 227oC including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 7 M Note : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person and also comapany skilled workers. M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper to newly plastered wall over a coat of primer over a thick layer of wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered wall all as specefied and directed.
