Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for repairing LT distribution Panels/ feeder pillar boxes / APFC panels, 03 Phase, 430 Volts by re-fixing of interlocking wire, cleaning of existing bus bar using CTC and replacement of unserviceable parts such as MCB/ MCCB, bus bar insulation, door neoprene gasket, lugs, cable, etc., including testing the boxes/panel on full load after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The cost of minor spares such as lugs, interlocking wire/cable, bus bar insulation, fuse, nut & bolt as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The spare parts replaced other than note (i) above during repair of the electric panel/boxes will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply only the following spares parts suitable for replacing LT distribution Panels/ feeder pillar boxes / APFC panels repaired under item no 5 here in before: -

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces such as distribution panel/ feeder pillar box/ APFC panel etc of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair prepainted mild steel hinges of size upto 100 mm suitable for exisiting door panel at site including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair the following items for APFC Panel, 440 volt, 03 phase, 50 Hz including suitable FRLS wire for connection and testing complete all as specified & directed:- Note: - (i) The cost of minor spares such as lugs, interlocking wire/cable gland, bus bar insulation, fuse and nut & bolt as required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of replacement of rusted angle iron, nut bolts, CRCA sheet etc., complete all as per direction of Engg-in-charge and no extra claim will be entertained on this account. (iii) The spare parts replaced other than note (i) & (ii) above during repair of the electric panel/boxes will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment’s etc at the other end including 32 mm GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 including testing earth resistance and submitting test report to AGE E/M by the contractor complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Earthing resistance required in earthing shall less than 3.0 Ohms after completion of work. All earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Test result shall be recorded and signed by the contractor and Engr – in- Charge. If contractor fail to achieve the above result the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The earthing result will be required maintaining up to end of defect liability period of one year and if any variation found in earthing result during defect liability period same will be intimated to the contractor by Engg-in-Charge and contractor shall rectify the same. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above said provision. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 length.

M&L for cleaning and upkeeping of the sub station area for whole period of contract by clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bushes under growth roots & trees and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 M outside from sub stations complete all as directed. Note: The complete area inside fencing and outside upto 05 feet from boundary wall/ fencing along periphery substation, including garden will be cleaned in the beginning of the contract and shall be kept clean throughout contract period. For the purpose payment one-time measurement will be taken at the beginning. The tenderer quoted rate deemed to inclusive of this provision.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan with cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully PVC insulated sheathed armoured stranded aluminium conductor LT underground cable (single, 2, 3, 3.5 or 4 core) from trenches/ ducts/ walls etc., including necessary dismantling, demolition and disconnecting cables from existing power line complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of cable:- Note :- (i) Earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (ii) The surface disturbed during dismantling/demolition shall be made good by contractor at his own cost by using 1:2:4 type B1 concrete rate for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall/pole etc., and connecting up complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cable:-

Supplying and laying of following size (DWC) HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, joining etc. direct in ground (i.e., below ground level) as a cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry up to 50 Sq mm, Box size 255 x 295 x122 mm minmum with 04 terminals rating 63 Amp including MCB 04 pole 63 Amp and fixed on pole/ wall with MS clamps including two coat of Al paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make: HENSEL cat No DK-5054 G or equivalent make as approved by GE

M&L for disconnecting of electric supply and GI earthing strip from existing LT panel/ APFC panel and taking out LT panel from foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note: The surface disturbed during dismantling/ demolition shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost by using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or CM 1:4 which is deemed to be included in contractor quoted rate.

Dismantling old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box carefully after disconnecting power supply and Supplying, Installing, connecting & testing of LT feeder pillar box out door type, CPRI approved, weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated, epoxy powder coated paint, cubical type, made out of CRCA sheet 03 mm thick with mounting on frame of angle iron 50 X 50 X 5 mm fixed on ground but not less than height 30 cm from ground level suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire system with front double door and rear single door with both side sliding tower bolts for locking arrangement including internal wiring with suitable size of copper standard wire complete all as specified, comprising of the following equipment’s/ fitments complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Aluminium bus bar suitable for three phase of rating 200 Amps and neutral of rating 100 Amp covered with coloured PVC sleeves as per colour code mounted on DMC insulators - 01 Set (b) MCCB 125 Amp, 415 Volts, 4 pole, Breaking capacity 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 No (incomer) (c) MCCB 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 4 pole, Breaking capacity 16 KA with thermal magnetic release - 02 No (outgoing) (d) Digital VAF+PF meter with suitable CT's- 100/5A complete - 01 Set (e) Indicator lamp (RYB) set of three - 01 Set.
