Preparing the black top surface of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M&L for applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying of bituminous premixed SDAC 30 mm consolidated thickness with paver mixed at hot mix plant with 5.5% of paving binder and rolled to uniform smooth surface, well ramming rolled with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, oil/grease and forgin material etc and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips(retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi autiomitic thermoplastic paint through authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 20 mm in depth making good by applying a tack coat of paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam carpet well rammed & sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10Sqm, binder with .09 Cum of stones chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% binder content any penetration laid/rolled and campacted to required gradients and camber (Consolidated thickness n.exc 75mm) with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair long solar delinator made out of medium grade MS pipe 75 mm dia, 1.20 Mtr Heigh (0.90 above ground level and 0.30 below ground level) wrapped with three Nos high intensity reflection tape in red, yellow, white in colour of 150 mm height and 50 micron thickness of each. Reflected portion covered with welded mesh of 3 mm wire dia and 50 mm x 50 mm mesh including necessary painting,excavation and embedding in PCC (1:2:4) block of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 350 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M (ID-IE51058819) SOLAR VERTICAL DELINATOR or of equivalent make as approved by GE.

Make-3M (ID-31928514) SOLAR STUDS or of equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Bi-Directional reflective type road cat eye, illuminated yellow rectangular/square shape at the centre size (100 x 115mm/100 x 100mm), made out of Thermoplactic Body fixed on road with bitumen adhensive as per manufactureer's instructions having abrasion resistance Ceremic coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M(ID-28994191) ROAD STUDS (CAT EYES RAISED PAVEMENT MARKER SERIES 290) COLOUR- RED AND YELLOW or of equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair convex mirror 100cm outer dia having 80mm dia SS pipe post grade 304 including necessary fixing arrangements, excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, foundatin in PCC 1:2:4 type D-2 of size as 30cmx30cmx40cm complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Oscar (Model-OS-790) or of equivalent make as approved by GE.).

M&L for providing and laying 25mm bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specification) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen recoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 Sqm and at approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc complete (considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specifications).

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil as in berms dressing not exc 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc .50 and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
