S&F Factory made 35mm thick glazed and Skelton shutter of 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauge etc.divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1 clause 8.20(a) all as specified.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2 panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 18 mm/ 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination for wooden and fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, pelmet etc. including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading of Ist class HW (Teak) all around, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type ) 18-20 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) fine grained 'Z' black/red in in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or un-plastered old decorated wall surfaces including brooming & rubbing down with steel wire brushes and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as spd & directed.
