Disconnecting/taking down carefully of vertical fully automatic instant steaming packaged oil fired steam boiler, steam capable of generating 600Kg/hrs of steam F&A 100˚c up to a maximum pressure of 15Kg/Sqcm duely disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections for overhauling including taking down the boiler with the help of crane (2 ton capacity), keeping seperately for dismantling and opening the Oil fired steam boiler for servicing, cleaning using hand hydraulic pump set, repair/replacement of damaged/defective spares, including welding to leakage sleaves coil, replacement of cables etc of Srl No –PX 22, 213 : 06 and PX 01-06-07, Model –PX 06 (Make-Primex Pvt Ltd), re- hoisting the boiler and mounting on existing foundation with the help of crane and re -connecting all disconnected electrical and mechanical connection and reassembling the boiler after replacement of damaged /defective spares including testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully, Hydro extractor coupled burnt out motor of capacity 10 HP, 440 V, 3 Phase from Mechanical Laundry plant duly disconnected the electrical and mechanical connections, transporting the same to civil workshop and opening into parts the motor checking/sort out the defective spares and taking out the burnt out stator winding from the motor re-winding the motor with suitable size of copper enamelled conductor, varnishing the re-winded stator and heating up the same on heating chamber heating up till obtained the insulation valve minimum 6 Ohm, reassembling the motor after replacement of the damage/defective spares. transporting the same from local workshop to site and re-installed the same on existing foudation including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Preparation of old painted surface of water treatment plant made up of MS steel having outer dia 200mm & height 1200mm by scraping cleaning etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Unscrewing the bolts and nuts of incinerator (Make - J J Hot Max, 100Kg/Hrs capacity) outer casing and rolled angles and checking for replacement of high alumina refractory with minimum 40% alumina, cleaning and servicing the same including replacement of ceramic wool used for back insulation, applying heat resistant paint on outer body of steel casing & angles and channel section complete all as specifeid and directed .

M&L, casting to main door of primary and secondary chamber of oil fired incinerator (Make - JJ Hot Max) with insulate cement 40mm thick, 20 mm fire crate grade cement including replacement of fire proof asbestos tape including taking out the existing insulation, cleaning of door of primary and secondary chamber of oil fired incinerator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing outer surface of the incinerator,chimney and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 30 Mtrs hight complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the damaged/defective three phase 1/2 HP water circulating pump set from the existing foundation laundry plant or Oil fired incinerator and transporting to the civil workshop for assessing the defect, opening and dismantling the motor into parts and taking out the burnt out motor winding, rewinding the motor with the suitable size/gauge of copper enameled insulated wire, varnishing and heating the rewinding stator in heating chamber upto obtainng of insulation resistance minmum 6 Ohms, reassembling the motor and transporting the same from workshop to site and refixing the same to its original position complete all as directed..(NOTE : spare/ parts as requried shall be measured and paid " Supply only " here in after)
