Earthing arrangments in various locations

Supply of MS Flat 65 x 10 mm

Supply of materials for earth pit of 115 mm dia to a depth of 6 mtrs. including cost of materials for earth electrode using M.S.rod 40 mm dia, MS Angle, red soil, HBGS jelly stone for filling and bentonite powder of 20 Kg and other sundries as per approved drawing. Identification board of size 300 X 150 mm 14 SWG, GI Bolt & Nut as directed by the field Engineer

Supply and providing of 600mm mean dia, 300mm height 36mm thick cement collar for identification of earth electrode location including 1primer and 2 coats of colour wash as directed by field Engineer

Supply of M8, M9, M10, M12 & M16 full thread GI bolt, nuts & GI washer of various size with IS Grade for erection of MS flat in tower leg or any other purpose wherever required and as directed by the field Engineer

Labour for providing earth pit of 115 mm dia to a depth of 6 mtrs including fabrication of earth electrode using M.S.rod 40 mm dia, MS Angle & insert electrode in to the bore and refilling with red soil, HBGS jelly stone for filling and bentonite powder of 20 Kg and Cement Collars and other sundries. Identification board of size 300 X 150 mm 14 SWG. lettering and 12 mm M.S.Round rod with suitable bolt to be fixed in the board and anti corrosive black paint should be painted top of the earth rod & its holding portion as directed by the field Engineer (Value should be less than 1 ohms)

Labour for excavation & refilling of avg depth of 0.8m x 0.3m for earth mat (Normal Soil)

Labour for laying of earth mat including generator, machineries, consumables for earth raisers for equipments and structures (Electricity supply under contractor scope)
