Dismantling of radiator assembly of 35 KVA DG set located at Sub-station at Mechuka & Tuting one at each location of make Kirloskar and re-fixing of the same after proper cleaning of the copper cooling tubes with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage observed during cleaning, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 5 here but DG set 320 KVA capacity .

Supply and filling of Engine oil 15 W 40 multi grade to topup/refilling of all DG sets of various capacity, model & location as mentioned above as per the standard practice, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Servo / Castrol / HP / Valvoline.

Supply and filling of distilled water as per sample and suitable for battery, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of coolant suitable for DG sets of various capacity, model & location as mentioned above as per the standard practice, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : CASTROL / SERVO / PUROKOOL / K-Cool.

Material & labour for painting of 35 KVA DG sets after cleaning the body surface of engine and alteranator by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc. and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint including rewriting existing SM No/MES No of 35 KVA DG Set, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No.10 here but DG capacity 320 KVA.

Disconnecting the self starter (24V) from the engine body, dismantling the same, checking for identification of faulty spares and reassemblig the same after replacement/renewal of faulty spares, if required, including refixing to its original position, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for lifting/lowering of U/S 5 HP capacity submersible pump set from tube well after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out all column pipes flanged/socket type 80 mm/size 18.15 RM long keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse/removing U/S materials from site/ making good disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair work and lowering the same after replacement unserviceable spare parts including connection of electric supply to motor, testing/commissioning etc. complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Dismantling carefully submersible motor 5 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor etc . including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/ machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper winding of gauge suitable for 5 HP motor and re-assembling the same including testing and bring back to the MES Yard complete all as specified and directed .

Dismentling carefully submersible pump 5 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable/unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt etc. Re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of underviceable spare parts all as directed. Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal motor 5HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing and rottor and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding with appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same and testing comissioning complete al as directed by Egr - in - chrage.

M & L painting of 05 HP capacity centrifugal pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers with blow lamps, claming with scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump/chennal base of pump set and painting with two coat of grey synbthetic enamel paint on motor/pump body /two coat of red synthetic enamel paint on fan guard/two coat of black synethic enamal paint on base chennal frame over two coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for grass/bush cutting inside the permisses of pump house at any time growth of grass not more than 1'' at Pump house Tuting and Menchuka. Note:- 1.Job for grass/bush cutting will be done properly by the time interval of Min 2 months up to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge 2. Tools/machinary/FOL for the same is deemed to included in quoted rate.

Supply & fix Galvanised iron column pipes heavy duty 80 mm dia bore, 6.15 M long each pipe both end threaded, fixed with two Nos galvinised iron flange on both end, including welding ( both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ granding etc. Make : Jindal/Tata.

S&F Gun metal gate valave ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union, including removing old unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Audco (L&T), ZOLOTO, Kirloskar, Leader, Upadhyaya of the following sizes :-
