Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring/sub main wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with MS conduit and T/W battern and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, fixed in wall, on roof with GI saddles GI screws, rawal plugs (concealed conduit in wall wiring) with all fittings including Tee, junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size with 3 mm thick hylam laminated white sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multistranded coper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following (Color coding to be followed) :- (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket point on same board with other switches.

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

(d) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push.

All same as per item No 2 above but with conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area) for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board complete and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring with four single core, 10 Sqmm, PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded FR copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 2 x6 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully water heater storage type 25/50 Ltrs capacity for repair and over hauling and opening to gysers and comprising of heating element , thermostate switch, electric connetions cleaning and descaling with descaling solution the geyser tank and checking of leakage on pressure at 150 PSI and testing for smooth fuctioning complete all as sepecified and directed by Engr -in-Charge
